Job Summary

Provide comprehensive patient care and administrative support in a multisubspecialty ophthalmic clinic, ensuring efficient clinical operations and collaboration with the medical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-consultation evaluations to prepare patients for ophthalmic assessment
• Perform refraction and prescribe glasses or contact lenses to correct vision
• Carry out ophthalmic investigations including biometry, visual field testing, OCT, photography, angiography, and orthoptics to support diagnosis and treatment
• Manage clinic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate procedure or surgery bookings to optimize clinic workflow
• Process insurance claims accurately to facilitate patient billing and reimbursement
• Organize doctors’ diaries to align clinical schedules and patient consultations
• Collaborate effectively with clinic team members to deliver coordinated patient care
