OT Scrub Nurse

We are now looking for a Operating Theatre Scrub Nurse to support the functions at our Day-Surgery Centre

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

• Perform perioperative assessment of patient for surgery.
• Competent in performing surgical scrub or circulating for surgeries. (General surgery, Orthopaedic, ENT, Urology)
• Execute proper use, care, and handling of surgical equipment to ensure safety of operating staff and patient.
• Knowledge in Infection control, aseptic and sterile technique assisting in surgery.
• Ensured operating rooms are adequately prepared prior to the commencement of scheduled cases.

Qualification / Work Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience preferably in multi discipline set up.
• Candidate with Operating Theatre and Scrub Trained experience will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in multi discipline Day surgery setting is an advantage.

Basic Salary / Working Hours

• Salary range: $3000 and above, depends on working experience relevant to job scope
• Work week: 5.5-day work (Sunday and PH off)

HMI Medical Centre, right above Farrer Park MRT station.
