Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline patient services and provide administrative and finance support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate patient registration, admission, transfer, and discharge processes, and maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Handle donation administration, including issuing official receipts and updating transactions in the system.
• Prepare patient invoices, ensure billing accuracy, and process MediShield Life and Medisave claims through the CPF portal, including monthly claims reconciliation.
• Prepare settlement and reminder letters for outstanding balances and support timely collection of payments.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure complete documentation and accurate billing in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a healthcare-related field or relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
