Job Description

• Working Location: Little India (Walking distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate each child's unique therapeutic needs through assessment.
• Collaboration with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote children's participation in activities of daily living, optimize their performance, and improve their skillsets.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic practices to address sensory-motor, cognitive, and social-emotional challenges.
• Monitor and document children's progress, adapting treatment plans to meet evolving needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to engage children and facilitate hands-on learning and skill development.
• Provide consultation and education to family members, carers, and educational staff to support therapeutic goals at home and at school.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest occupational therapy practices and incorporate them into treatment strategies.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that empowers children and their families.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related studies.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of various therapy techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
