Job Description - Pharmacist (5 Days, Office Hours East) #HHM

Job Responsibilities

Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services
Set up of medication management system at new facilities
Accountable for the accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
Provide pharmaceutical care services to facilities & day centers
Provide quality customer service
Staff Training & Development

Qualifications

Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in pharmacy operations
Experience in managing a team or providing pharmaceutical care services to nursing homes/daycares is an advantage.
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered
