Pharmacist (5.5 days Office Hours/West) - up to $6k #HAO

Salary: up to $6000

Working Days & Hours: • Mon - Fri office hrs, Sat half day

Location: Kent Ridge/Boon Lay

Job Description:
• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications

• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care

• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed

• Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients

• Contribute to and support training under the guidance of senior colleagues

• Participate in service improvement and innovation initiatives

• Undertake additional roles and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Pharmacy & VALID AHPC w min 1 yrs of relevant inpatient ward experience
