Pharmacist - Outpatient (Office hours) #HZO

Location: Outram Park
Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office hours + 1 Saturday/ month

Job Scope:

• Responsible for provision of pharmaceutical care at our outpatient pharmacy
• Counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication.
• Help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Pharmacy or any relevant field
• Valid SPC
