Pharmacy Inventory & Store Operations Assistant #HDC

Join a healthcare support team and play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of pharmacy supplies and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability according to established guidelines
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against relevant documentation
• Organize and store supplies accurately within designated storage and refrigerated areas
• Coordinate and process stock replenishment orders as required
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of storage facilities
• Support the resolution of delivery discrepancies and inventory-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, or equivalent qualifications
• Training will be provided, candidates with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commence work within a short notice period
