Job Summary

Good Health Medical Technology Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced President to lead business growth, drive expansion, oversee operations, and foster a collaborative culture that drives financial and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s overall development to ensure seamless operations and achievement of established goals
• Make strategic and financial decisions to guide the company’s growth trajectory
• Raise funds to support company expansion initiatives
• Establish, monitor, and control budgets, resources, and operational procedures
• Inspire and cultivate a positive company culture through effective leadership
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated expertise with over 20 years in investment, business establishment, and management of ventures
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic
• Expert knowledge of finance and business management principles
• Familiarity with TCM regulatory compliance and industry best practices
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and decisions
• Proven collaboration skills to build positive working relationships
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives
• Project management skills to oversee initiatives and deliver results
