As a Principal Pharmacist (Retail and Pricing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring efficient inventory replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, cashiering activities, and delivery of excellent customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate retail team performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, merchandising, and operational competencies.
• Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery initiatives, while driving continuous improvement in customer experience and service quality standards.
• Review, streamline, and enhance retail pharmacy workflows, including procurement, inventory management, stock returns, expiry monitoring, and operational processes to improve efficiency and minimize wastage.
• Monitor retail pharmacy financial performance, sales trends, and service outcomes, develop action plans to address gaps, and identify opportunities to improve revenue growth and operational effectiveness.
• Drive retail pharmacy business development initiatives, including product portfolio management, pricing strategies, market expansion opportunities, and implementation of revenue-generating programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams on contract management, licensing requirements, manpower planning, supply chain optimization, and national healthcare initiatives to support operational objectives.
• Establish and maintain pricing governance frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely pricing implementation, margin management, workflow compliance, subsidy-related processes (e.g., CDMP and Medifund), and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy accredited by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.

• At least a 5 years of experiences in pharmacy related work.
