Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Procurement Specialist to work on projects on site with a client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the End-to-End Source to Pay process for the Procurement categories (Direct/MRO/Indirect) as assigned and ensuring zero stock out of materials.
• Responsible for negotiating strategic pricing and contractual arrangements for supply.
• Responsible for the Operational sourcing and procurement activities for the assigned categories in compliance with industry procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with Quality compliance team on Quality related Supplier complaints and ensure suppliers follow up timely on the investigation report, resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead the Local Business Review meetings and Annual Supplier Relationship meetings
• with Key suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigating any supply
• risk and gaps.
• Ensure all Procurement activities are in compliance to guidelines as well as not in violation to any regulatory or cGMP requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Purchasing, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field of study. Certified C.P.M. or CPIM a plus.
• Experience in sourcing and procuring GMP/MRO/Indirect materials with Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
• Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels
