Salary: $5000 to $8500 + AWS & VB

Reporting to Senior Managing Director

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new medical consumables and healthcare products, developing relationships with manufacturers and distributors, and driving new business opportunities across international markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our product portfolio, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company's regional growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

Product Search & Vendor Management

• Lead regional product sourcing initiatives, particularly in China and other key markets, to identify manufacturers that meet product specifications and market requirements.
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Lead vendor qualification, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) processes.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Ensure products meet cost, quality, regulatory, and delivery requirements

Product & Portfolio Development

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and strategic partnerships.
• Source and vet suitable distributors and partners for the company's medical consumables and healthcare products.
• Establish and manage key account relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
• Drive new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company's regional footprint

Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local and regional teams, suppliers, distributors, and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development to support business objectives.
• Prepare and present business proposals, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare products, procurement, sourcing, business development or product management.
• Experience in medical consumables and healthcare products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in supplier sourcing, vendor management and international business development.
• Strong understanding of product development, regulatory requirements and quality management processes.
