Job Summary

The Product Specialist will drive sales and provide clinical support for medical products to healthcare professionals in Singapore, leveraging clinical knowledge and sales expertise to enhance customer engagement and promote product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals across Singapore to achieve sales targets
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support business growth
• Deliver clinical support and education to healthcare professionals on product usage to ensure safe and effective application
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance customer understanding and confidence
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and events to increase product visibility and market presence
• Collect and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and product development opportunities to management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing materials and campaigns that drive product awareness
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage

Required competencies and certifications

• Clinical background with a minimum of 2 years in nursing or medical field experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry landscape in Singapore
• Proficiency in understanding and conveying technical and clinical information clearly
• Fluency in English
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
