The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Specialist who is passionate about science, technology, and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting a range of life science products and solutions, working closely with researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining scientific knowledge with customer engagement and business development. Candidates with experience in technical sales, laboratory products, or lifesciences industries are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and customer-facing roles are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and grow customer relationships with research institutions, laboratories, and industry partners

·       Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions

·       Promote assigned product portfolios through customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations

·       Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives

·       Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver effective customer solutions

·       Develop strong product and application knowledge to support customer discussions

·       Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Science disciplines

·       Experience in technical sales, life science products, laboratory equipment, or related fields is an advantage

·       Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
