Programme Assistant

The Role

The Programme/ Healthcare Assistant plays a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities and basic patient care. Their work includes providing clinical, personal, therapy and psychosocial care, enhancing the well-being of the clients through individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interactive activities and group exercises to clients
• Provide blood pressure and blood sugar measurement and reading under supervision of a nurse
• Provide personal care according to the individual needs (ie grooming, dressing, showers, bathing, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, feeding, laundry)
• Provide transport escort for clients on company transport
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Assist multi-disciplinary team with regards to the client’s care plan
• Other duties as assigned by HO

Key Requirements

• Min GCE N level / Higher Nitec in Community Care & Social Services & Rehabilitation Care
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing care or Therapy)
• Preferably with experience in providing care for seniors in community care setting e.g. senior day care
• Good working attitude

This role is on a 5-day work week and will be based in Tiong Bahru.

Pay range and compensation package

We offer a competitive base salary range of SGD $2300 to $2800 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, performance bonuses, and opportunities for professional development.
