Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOP management, document control, record maintenance, and training records.
Perform QA review and approval activities for incoming materials, batch records, repacking/redressing operations, and finished goods release.
Support operational QA activities, including export distribution, cold chain monitoring, temperature logger management, and returned goods evaluation.
Manage quality events such as deviations, change controls, CAPA, and product complaints in accordance with company procedures.
Support supplier monitoring, validation activities, internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
Perform routine QA documentation, reporting, and administrative activities as assigned by the QA Manager.
Provide backup support for quality control activities when required.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Life Science, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC or regulated industry. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant quality experience and strong learning ability will also be considered.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Fast learner with a willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
Experience in QA and quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001) will be an added advantage
