Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and improvement programmes.
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal procedures.
Monitor key quality indicators and prepare reports for management review.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments.
Review and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and quality-related records.
Support incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis to drive corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in preparation for external audits, licensing inspections, and accreditation reviews.
Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and operations teams to promote quality and safety standards.
Provide training and support to staff on quality processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Perform other quality-related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, nursing home, or eldercare setting preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
