Job Description - Quality Team Lead

Lead and manage the QC or QA teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Establish and maintain quality metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality management and regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership and support to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
