Regional Commercial & NPD Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Regional Commercial & NPD Manager, Consumer Healthcare to lead innovation strategy and accelerate new product development (NPD) across the APAC region. In this role, you will drive category growth in Dermatology, explore untapped market spaces, lead cross-functional launch execution, and champion digital-first commercial models.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pipeline & Portfolio Innovation: Own and build a 3-to-5-year regional innovation pipeline for the Dermatology portfolio; identify emerging consumer/beauty trends and unmet needs to expand brand footprint into high-growth Consumer Health segments.

New Product Development & Launch Excellence: Lead and align cross-functional partner teams (R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance) to streamline gate-to-gate product development and ensure flawless regional go-to-market execution.

Digital-First & Commercial Integration: Pilot and deploy digital-driven commercial routes to market, leveraging E-commerce models such as Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels and subscription-based revenue streams.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (an MBA is highly preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Consumer Marketing, Brand Management, or Innovation/NPD.

Proven background in FMCG (specifically Beauty, Personal/Skincare, or Health) or fast-growing Consumer Healthcare sectors.

Core Competencies:

Strong track record in portfolio planning, consumer insight synthesis, and cross-functional project management.

Solid grasp of E-commerce innovation, D2C strategies, and digital commercial frameworks.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and regional stakeholder management skills.
