Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for inflammation portfolios
• Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability across assigned markets
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align strategic and tactical plans
• Oversee product launches, ensuring strong readiness and execution excellence
• Monitor business performance, providing insights and proactive action plans
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and long-term commercial planning processes
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• Proven pharmaceutical commercial experience including marketing and sales
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or cross-market teams
• Strong track record in driving brand growth and commercial performance
• Experience in strategic planning, product launches, and lifecycle management
• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• International exposure within a matrix organisation
