As a Rehabilitation Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Partner with the senior management to develop and execute operational, tactical, and strategic plans.

• Assist in shaping the client experience for the clients and drive innovation by ensuring effective utilisation of budgets and resources.

• Oversees operations, develop and implement policies for the Rehabilitation team.

• Oversee manpower planning and management for the Rehabilitation team by supporting in recruitment, selection, development and retention of the staff.

• Develop and market daycare and rehabilitation services/programmes, including centre-based and home-based services, in line with business growth objectives.

• Lead and manage the care and support team to deliver high-quality community and home care services.

• Manage clients’ healthcare assessment processes and implementation of care plans.

• Ensure clients are meaningfully engaged through suitable rehabilitative, maintenance, and dementia care activities/programmes.

• Handle enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents related to centre operations.

• Coordinate and monitor clinical and service quality indicators to drive continuous improvement.

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Masters in Allied Health qualifications preferred with a minimum 5 years of working experience in community care setting.
