(1) Resident / Senior Resident Doctor

Requirements

·      Minimum of 2 years post-MBBS from local institutions or 5 years’ post-grad experience from SMC-approved foreign institutions.

·      Graduate diploma in Palliative Medicine (or equivalent) or a willingness to enrol is advantageous.

·      Good communication skills and a willingness to engage deeply and journey with patients and their families.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting providing holistic care to diverse groups.

·      Willingness to undertake reflective inner work to enhance the ability to care in challenging situations.

A sector-relevant remuneration package will be provided.
