Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and manage day-to-day administrative operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients, sales professionals, and internal operations to ensure seamless business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist sales managers with preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and monitoring the status of client deliveries.

• Client Management: Serve as a dependable point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates on product availability, pricing, and order fulfillment.

• Administrative Administration: Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, track payment milestones, and coordinate documentation for invoice processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in a technology or industrial sector is a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
