Handle customer complaints, product issues, and service-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Payment Collection
Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments to ensure timely collection and account reconciliation.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
Sales Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improve sales performance.
Operational Support
Support deliveries, site visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, training sessions, and other operational activities when required.
General
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management.
