Job Description - Senior Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage service point operations assigned

  • Responsible for daily operations of service points, including front counter services, administrative/operational matters and partnering with Clinic Nurse Manager, Clinicians, Allied Health Professionals and other stakeholders to solve system and process problems.
  • Ensure that the system and processes are per SOP
  • Manage service points through annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads, and development of new services.
  • Ensure that workflows for new and existing services are reviewed, optimised, and streamlined

Partner Head, Ops & Admin in achieving patient/caregiver satisfaction targets

  • Responsible for devising innovative services to continually improve service levels and delight patients.

Involvement in Campus development workshops and planning.

  • Responsible for achieving volume and financial targets for clinical targets assigned.
  • Develop and carry out clinical service plans in consultation with clinical chiefs to ensure that goals are met.
  • Manage Service Associates (SAs) providing services in service points, as the Reporting officer
  • Ensure that SAs receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training.
  • Responsible for staff engagement, recruitment, and retention.
  • Responsible for two-way communication between staff and management and ensuring timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, and recommending solutions to problems

Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with a minimum 3 years of work experience in the Healthcare industry
  • Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing frontline staff
  • Analytical and quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
