Job Summary

You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality as a senior clinical staff member. You will also provide clinical supervision and leadership to junior doctors and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and continuously improve safe, high-quality patient care through active clinical practice
• Lead and supervise junior doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols
• Apply specialist medical knowledge and skills to manage complex clinical cases effectively
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and clinical workflows
• Mentor and support junior staff in clinical decision-making and professional development

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
• Possess Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board
• Completed specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board with relevant experience as a senior specialist
• Maintain active clinical practice status
