Senior Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our dental team as a Senior Dental Assistant / Receptionist.

⁃ Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.

⁃ Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.

⁃ Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and clinic cleanliness & hygiene standards

⁃ Record treatment information and patient notes accurately in the dental software.

⁃ Assist in adhoc duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor

⁃ Ensure infection control standards and safety protocols are followed at all times

⁃ Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out (if cross-trained in front desk duties)

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/“N”/“O” Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent

⁃ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

⁃ Good team player who is organized, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

⁃ Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable)

⁃ Dental Assistants with relevant dental experience will be compensated accordingly

⁃ 6-day work week

⁃ Able to work evenings until 8pm (shift work during clinic operating hours) & weekend

⁃ IT literate

⁃ Required language(s): English
