Senior / Executive, Corporate Services (Data Protection) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and coordination of data governance and data protection initiatives to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) across operations, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate and manage data breach incidents, including incident response, investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare documentation and support internal audits, compliance reviews, and data governance assessments.
• Perform data collation, analysis, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to monitor key performance indicators.
• Plan and coordinate data protection awareness programmes, training sessions, and communication initiatives to strengthen organisational compliance.
• Support enterprise risk management activities, including risk profiling and system implementation.
• Handle departmental financial, administrative, and operational support functions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to strengthen governance practices and ensure timely completion of compliance initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), risk management, audit, or compliance functions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
