Senior Manager, Data Protection Office

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the IHH SG Data Protection Officer and be responsible for the delivery of IHH SG Data Protection Management Program.
• Communicate policies and procedures to stakeholders and foster a data protection culture within the organization.
• Perform data classification, risk and impact assessments and implement solutions and programs to mitigate identified risks and impact.
• Handle access and correction requests to personal data, manage data protection related queries and complaints.
• Liaise with the relevant team on personal data protection matters, where necessary
• Other duties/projects as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Legal, Compliance or IT related course of study.
• Has at least one IAPP certification (CIPM, CIPP/A, CIPP/E preferred).
• Has at least 8 years of experience in governance related roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Good understanding of the PDPA and its applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
