You’ll Own

•    Lead and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok — from strategy to daily optimisation

•    Track and improve CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates with data-led decisions every week

•    Build and iterate on landing pages, lead forms, and full-funnel tracking setups

•    Brief and collaborate with the creative team to produce scroll-stopping ad content

•    Own weekly and monthly performancereports with clear, actionable recommendations

•    Drive SEO, email marketing, andmarketing automation alongside paid channels

•    Identify new growth channels and lead competitor and market analysis

•    Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners where required

You’re a Great Fit If You Have…

•    3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing

•    Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager

•    Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools

•    A strong track record in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns

•    Sharp analytical and reporting skills with attention to data accuracy

•    Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or retail — an advantage
