These are delivered through the concierge and member app, and, where useful, out to external specialists whose findings flow back in.
Elyx Medical provides the physician-led clinical foundation for this model, including diagnostics, medical review, preventive care, and safety oversight. Elyx Life then helps translate these insights into coordinated, evolving plans aligned with each member's long-term goals.
We are looking for a mature, organised, and clinically strong Senior Nurse to help anchor the next phase of our clinical operations.
Role Description
The Senior Nurse plays a central role in ensuring Elyx delivers safe, seamless, high-touch, and personalised care to members.
This role combines senior nursing responsibilities with clinic management, care coordination, operational oversight, and member-facing service excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, health concierges, allied health professionals, and external partners to ensure that each member’s care journey is well-coordinated, well-documented, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore. Onsite presence is required for clinic operations, member assessments, procedures, diagnostics, and physician support. Selected administrative, coordination, telehealth, and documentation duties may be performed remotely when appropriate.
The ideal candidate is clinically competent, calm under pressure, highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a premium, concierge-style healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Nursing and Member Care
Conduct nursing assessments, including vital signs, health history updates, symptom screening, and structured clinical observations.
Support physician-led consultations, diagnostic reviews, health screening visits, procedures, and follow-up care.
Perform or coordinate nursing procedures such as venepuncture, ECGs, specimen handling, injections, vaccinations, wound care, and other approved procedures within nursing scope.
Provide clear, empathetic health education on care plans, investigations, medication instructions, lifestyle advice, and follow-up steps.
Identify clinical red flags, escalate appropriately, and support safe triage of member concerns.
Monitor member progress and outcomes in collaboration with physicians and the wider Elyx team.
Maintain high standards of infection control, medication safety, documentation, and clinical governance.
2. Clinic Management and Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
Manage clinic workflows, appointment readiness, room preparation, member flow, and coordination between teams.
Ensure clinical supplies, medications, consumables, equipment, and emergency items are stocked, maintained, and monitored.
Coordinate with laboratories, imaging centres, pharmacies, external specialists, and other healthcare partners.
Support implementation of standard operating procedures, checklists, clinical pathways, and service workflows.
Manage operational issues proactively, including scheduling gaps, service delays, member concerns, vendor coordination, and clinic readiness.
Ensure the clinic environment reflects Elyx’s standards of professionalism, discretion, safety, and premium member experience.
3. Care Coordination and Member Experience
Act as a key clinical point of coordination for members, physicians, health concierges, and the Circle of Experts.
Help members understand their care journey, upcoming investigations, follow-up steps, and care priorities.
Coordinate local and overseas care arrangements where required, including referrals, appointments, records transfer, and follow-up tracking.
Support continuity of care by ensuring important clinical information is captured, communicated, and acted upon.
Provide a calm, reassuring, and professional presence for members with complex health concerns or multiple care touchpoints.
Balance warmth and empathy with clear boundaries, clinical safety, and appropriate escalation.
4. Documentation, Governance, and Compliance
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical records in the electronic medical record system.
Document assessments, procedures, follow-up actions, member communications, and escalation decisions appropriately.
Support compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations, nursing standards, privacy requirements, and internal clinical governance policies.
Assist with audits, incident reporting, quality improvement, clinical risk management, and protocol refinement.
Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in handling member information.
Maintain appropriate separation between physician-led medical advice and non-medical lifestyle or concierge support.
5. Team Coordination and Leadership
Serve as a senior nursing anchor for the clinic and wider care team.
Help onboard, train, and supervise junior nurses, clinic assistants, or operational support staff as the team grows.
Model professionalism, initiative, accountability, and service excellence.
Work collaboratively with physicians, management, health concierges, allied health professionals, and external providers.
Provide practical feedback to improve workflows, member experience, documentation quality, and clinical safety.
Support a culture of trust, reliability, continuous improvement, and high standards.
6. Digital Tools, Data, and Healthspan Operations
Use electronic medical records, telehealth tools, communication platforms, and digital health dashboards effectively.
Support tracking of member outcomes, follow-up tasks, investigation results, and care milestones.
Help ensure wearable, laboratory, imaging, and other health data are organised for physician review.
