Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Patient Service Associate (PSA) to support daily clinic operations and deliver a positive, professional experience for our patients.

This role involves front desk coordination, patient service, basic clinical assistance, and administrative support. It is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in building experience in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries

• Handle phone calls, messages, and payment collection

• Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations

• Assist podiatrists during consultations and treatments

• Prepare treatment rooms and support clinical workflows

• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation

• Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and stocktaking

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and professional appearance of the clinic

• Provide excellent patient service and support

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / ‘A’ Levels / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented with a caring, professional attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer literacy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment

• Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, or customer service roles is an advantage

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

• Bilingual, able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written contexts would be preferred

 Working Hours & Location

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

• 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 Saturday)

• Branches – Buona Vista, Somerset, Katong
