Job Description

Physio Down Under Pte. Ltd. is a specialist physiotherapy practice providing pelvic health and musculoskeletal services. We are seeking a Physiotherapist with experience in pelvic health to provide clinical care to a diverse patient population.

The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions, and contribute to multidisciplinary care within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with pelvic health conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and bowel dysfunction
• Provide physiotherapy services to women, men, and paediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes
• Incorporate exercise-based rehabilitation, including Pilates where appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
• Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to service delivery within the practice
• Undertake continuing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical competency

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in pelvic health physiotherapy
• Completion of recognised pelvic health training courses
• Demonstrated competency in musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment
• Pilates certification with experience in prescribing exercise programmes, including for pre- and postnatal patients
• Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to perform independent clinical assessment and develop treatment plans
• Clear and professional communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain proper clinical records and documentation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Experience in men’s pelvic health physiotherapy
• Experience in paediatric pelvic health physiotherapy
