Responsibilities

• Assess and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
• Mentor junior physiotherapists by providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and professional development
• Refine clinical practices and workflows to improve operational efficiency across multiple clinic locations
• Build and manage patient caseloads through proactive engagement with patients and community outreach
• Lead and participate in case discussions and clinic-wide initiatives to promote continuous clinical and operational improvements
• Consistently uphold professionalism and deliver patient-centred care standards across all clinic sites
• Adapt to varying clinic environments and lead teams to support clinic operations and business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• AHPC-Registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in private practice or leadership roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in physiotherapy assessment and treatment
• Strong communication skills applied to patient interaction and team collaboration
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide clinical teams effectively
