Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Clinic Sales Consultant with proven skin aesthetic experience to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional client service in a professional aesthetic clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales of skin aesthetic treatments and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase client satisfaction and retention
• Lead and motivate team members to support clinic sales goals and deliver excellent service
• Demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor to create a welcoming client experience
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training to stay updated on aesthetic industry trends and products

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in skin aesthetic sales
• Proven track record of strong sales closing rates
• Effective leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving clinic practices
