Senior / Speech Therapist [Multiple Locations!]

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional assessment, consultancy and therapeutic intervention to patients.
• Develop, implement and review appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Adhere strictly to established clinical protocols, standards and procedures.
• Communicate therapy goals, progress and care plans with patients and/or caregivers.
• Train, supervise and support therapy assistants to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
• Support the organisation of staff deployment and caseload coverage to ensure service continuity.

Requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Experience in a community hospital setting is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
