Job Summary

Senior / Staff Nurses will perform and oversee clinical nursing activities, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and uphold nursing standards to deliver quality patient outcomes in a supportive healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical nursing activities to deliver safe and effective patient care
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure adherence to care standards
• Orientate and assess Enrolled Nurses and care staff to maintain team competency
• Coordinate comprehensive client care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Update and monitor Nursing Care Plans to reflect patient needs and treatment progress
• Participate in clinical audits, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality
• Deliver nursing care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in aged / geriatric care
• Strong clinical judgement applied to patient assessment and care decisions
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare teams
• Leadership skills demonstrated through supervising and mentoring nursing staff
• Awareness of current healthcare and ageing-related practices

Other Information

Work Arrangement

• 4-day work week
• 12-hour rotating shifts: 7.00am – 7.00pm and 7.00pm – 7.00am

Salary & Benefits

• $3,500 – $4,500 per month
