Senior/ Staff Nurse ( 5 Days Office Hours/ Up to $5000) #HKA

Responsibilities:

• To uphold nursing standards for patients admitted to homecare as well as care for families and loved ones.
• To coordinate teamwork in total patient care with all members of the homecare team in order to deliver quality care and service to patients and families.
• To ensure accuracy of all documentations related to patient care
• To ensure holistic assessment of patients and their families and caregivers in order to formulate a core plan.
• To work with the rest of multi-discipline team to ensure that the holistic needs of the patients and their caregivers are met.
• To have knowledge of all equipment in use as well as be responsible for the use of equipment for patients in Home Care.
• To be part of the nursing teaching faculty as required and to be part of the process of quality improvement through review of care processes, active participation and/or leadership in projects as required.
• Must be committed to upgrade knowledge and skills in palliative care nursing by attending seminars, in-service and external education.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma & above in nursing
• Valid nursing board licence
• Min. 3-5 years of working experience as a nurse in acute inpatient ward, palliative or geriatric ward segttin
• Prior experience holding supervisory or senior nurse experience
• 5 days Mon-Fri office hours work week
