Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialised nursing care to patients with diabetes and endocrine conditions
• Conduct patient assessment, education, and counselling
• Support diabetes management and treatment plans
• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Support clinic operations and patient flow
• Ensure compliance with clinical and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration
• Experience in Diabetes and/or Endocrine nursing required
