Job Description & Requirements

At Infectious Disease Specialists™ (IDS) Group, we serve as a one-stop centre for the investigation and treatment of a wide range of infections. We are looking for energetic, reliable, hardworking candidates to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent clinical care, and assist in running our clinics effectively.

Job responsibilities include:

- Perform all nursing and clinical procedures before, during, and after patient visits.

- Assist patients with care and attention throughout their clinical journey.

- Maintain accurate patient records; follow up on test results, investigations, appointments, practise proper dispensing of medications.

- Work with the clinic administrative team to manage front-desk operations including reception, appointment booking, billing, cashiering duties.

- Maintain optimal level of drugs in the clinic.

- Support infection control practices and uphold clinical standards.

Candidate’s profiles

· Recognised Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a local polytechnic or equivalent institution.

· Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in nursing/clinic operations, with experience in performing IV insertion and cannulation

· Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Malay to handle queries and concerns from a diverse patient base.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team-oriented attitude.

· Candidates require use of Microsoft Office applications.

· Relevant clinical experience and familiarity with clinical software will be advantageous.
