STAFF NURSE / ENROLLED NURSE

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate Staff Nurses / Enrolled Nurses to join our team and advance their careers in renal nursing. You will deliver safe, high-quality patient care and contribute to the effective management of our renal centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard nursing care to renal patients, ensuring safe administration of prescribed therapies
• Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care practices to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records to support continuity of care
• Communicate detailed nursing reports during shift handovers to ensure seamless patient management
• Collaborate with clinical nurse managers to support administrative functions and centre operations
• Adapt to shift schedules operating Monday to Saturday, covering morning and afternoon shifts

Required competencies and certifications

• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory for all applicants

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to undergo renal-specific training provided by the centre for candidates without prior renal experience

Other Information

• Shift hours: Morning (6:00 am – 2:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm), Monday to Saturday
