Staff Nurse - Medical Surgical Ward (Locum to Perm) #HZO

Location: Caldecott
Salary: $30-34/ hr (Locum)
Working Hours: 3 rotating shift
AM Shift - 7am to 2.30pm
PM Shift - 2pm to 9.30pm
Night Shift - 9pm to 7.30am

Job Scope:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical and surgical wards.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
