Work location: Central

Working hours: 42 hours per week, 3 rotating shifts (AM / PM / Overnight)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis patient assessments and monitoring.
• Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, fluid balance, and treatment responses throughout dialysis sessions.
• Recognise and respond promptly to dialysis-related complications and medical emergencies.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with nephrologists, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on renal disease management, dialysis treatment, medication compliance, dietary restrictions, and vascular access care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement standards.
• Participate in departmental training, competency programmes, and continuous professional development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Prior renal, dialysis, or acute care nursing experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Training provided for candidates without prior dialysis experience
