• Located at West Regions
• Up to $6,400 (depends on Job Grade)
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM5.5-day work week (Alternate half Saturdays after confirmation)
• AWS, VB

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team in a polyclinic setting.
• Deliver acute care services and support patients with chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Perform nurse-led services independently while ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Educate patients and promote health awareness through effective communication and care planning.

Skills / Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
