Job Description - Supervisor

We are looking for a supervisor to assist with the site operations, to supervise and evaluate workers performance and keep accurate records of workers attendance.
Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, hi-jet washing, scraping, and cleaning of mirrors) within the time schedule.
Must be contactable at any time including weekend and public holidays as and when required
Able to communicate with management and workers, able to respond to customer’s complain and request.
Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation managers if it required major repairs or replacement.
Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
Monitor all works that are carried out according to safety procedures.
Minimum Diploma Certificate Preferred.
Physically fit.
Have good interpersonal skills.
Min 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience.
Salary commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
