Supervisor (Stewarding)

Job Description

• Supervise and lead stewarding staff on daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Coordinate manpower deployment and work schedules
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance with company SOPs
• Liaise with clients and operations team on daily operational matters
• Train new staff and provide guidance to team members
• Prepare simple reports and submit daily updates when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in stewarding, cleaning, or hospitality industry
• Able to lead and manage a team independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices
