Sustainability Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustainability and Carbon Accounting Platform (Sweep): Serve as a key administrator for the Sweep platform. Manage the end-to-end data collection process, including the creation and maintenance of integration rules between SAP and Sweep to facilitate automated data ingestion.
• GHG Emissions (Scopes 1, 2, & 3): Lead the collection and verification of emission data. Ensure high-quality data input by collaborating with various departments across the Group.
• Cross-Functional Data Management: Partner closely with Business Unit Sustainability Leads across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia to facilitate smooth data submission and verification.
• Performance Tracking & System Optimisation: Monitor ESG targets and performance. Develop and maintain dashboards within the Sweep platform to track results and report progress. Also, continue to evaluate system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Support the annual sustainability reporting cycle. Assist in preparing internal presentations and sustainability newsletters.
• Peer Benchmarking: Conduct regular industry research to benchmark Delfi’s sustainability performance against global peers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and sustainability regulations. Proactively suggest and support new sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Data Science, or related fields.
2. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a sustainability-related role. Prior experience with carbon accounting and ESG platform (e.g., Sweep) is highly preferred.
3. Technical Proficiency:

• Understanding of carbon accounting methodologies (Scope 1, 2 & 3).
• Experience with data management system/ ESG platforms, e.g., Sweep.
• MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
