Job Summary

Provide professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation and treatments while ensuring accurate patient documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional TCM consultations and treatments to patients to address their health needs
• Respond promptly and accurately to patient inquiries regarding treatments and TCM-related information
• Document treatment services and prescribed medicines accurately in the TCM database for patient records
• Participate in TCM health talks and workshops to enhance patient education and professional knowledge
• Comply with the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and Ministry of Health’s regulatory requirements to maintain professional standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
• Registration as a TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (Singapore)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in TCM practice
