Job Summary

Join Pinewell Chinese Medicine as a TCM Physician / Junior Physician to deliver patient-centered care, develop clinical skills under expert mentorship, and contribute to a growing clinic focused on specialist TCM treatments and measurable health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical treatments and procedures to ensure effective patient care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment sessions
• Perform herbal dispensary tasks accurately to support prescribed therapies
• Assist with clinic operations and identify opportunities for business development
• Learn clinical reasoning and advanced TCM practices under the guidance of the Medical Director

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
• Registration or eligibility to register with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) Singapore
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively interact with patients and team members

• Adaptability to thrive in a small, growing clinic environment with proactive and open-minded attitude
• Fresh graduates welcome; willingness to learn and develop clinical expertise from the ground up
