Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Trainer with astrongbackground in TCM principles. The ideal candidate will have expertiseindesigning and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals. AsaTCM Trainer, you will play a key role in improving the clinical andtherapeuticskills of practitioners through focused training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM therapists.
• Create engaging materials based on participants' needs.
• Integrate hands-on exercises and case studies to enhance real-world application.
• Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry bestpractices.
• Implement quality assurance measuresto assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
• Additional certifications orqualifications related to training and education are a plus.
• Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
